It is easy to travel with and perfect for my little girl. the food and water can be tough to clean out of the fabric but all together i love the purchase

We bought this carrier for our puppy. We used it once before the zipper started to break down. First it was just in the corner, which was disappointing but we could still almost zip the door completely. Then the zipper just continued to break down, to where you can't zip it at all now. I finally got in contact with the seller company and they were very fast to offer an exchange of the product, which I am very thankful for. Hopefully this was just a defective item. So again, poor first round, but very efficient and helpful company!

This is the first time I have ever dealt with a company over the internet that was so accommodating, prompt, excellent service and excellent product. I love the pet carrier/cage even if my puppy doesn't. I would do business with this company again and promote it to anyone who needs these kind of products.
