 Best item for an energetic puppy!Jun 27, 2010
This pen is the best investment I have made for my puppy! I have a puggle and she is VERY energetic, so I felt bad leaving her in her crate while I went to work. So I bought this pen and she can now stay in it all day long! It is very sturdy and can go inside and out (it has stakes for outside). Also you can fold it up so that it's about 5 inches wide and take it anywhere. I have recommended this to everyone I know getting a puppy and I would recommend it to you too!
**Keep in mind that this is only 24" tall, but you can get the same pen in taller heights. I have a 4 month old Puggle who it is perfect for, but keep in mind the breed you have because the bigger the dog the taller you will need!

Perfect for small dogs or puppiesJun 12, 2010
This suited my needs perfectly . I was afraid my new puppy would go to the bathroom in his crate and get it all over himself before I got home from work . I took the door off of his crate and attached the pen to it with bungee cords . Its super easy to set up and take down . It folds up small enough to be unseen behind an open door or under a couch or chair . Very well made .

Great pen for the money. Black coating looks nice and keeps the floors from getting scratched. Only issue was the rod that keeps the pen closed had a nut at the bottom that was hard to unscrew at first. Also the door is in the middle of the fence so it was slightly hard for my toy poodle to jump the lower portion to get in and out. But the size and configuration flexibilty is great and easy to collapse and carry around.

I don't understand how this company has such glowing customer service reviews . . . I'd give them negative stars if it were possible.
I called them to double check their shipping prices because I have been burned in the past, and wanted to BE SURE as Amazon did not show shipping charges until I would put in my payment info.
the girl who answered the phone had to be the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
Not only did she tell me to "just look on line", bit she actually said to me she "isn't at her desk and doesn't have time to help me." I had ONE QUESTION and she couldn't be bothered.
Are you serious? This economy is going to hell and you're going to piss off a customer who could potentially be placing a $500.00 order???
And when I called the "customer service line" to complain -- guess who answered THAT line - yep. same person who didn't have the time to help a customer in the first place.
Needless to say, not only did I NOT place an order for the two pens, but they lost it big time as I am in need of a dozen of these pens, which i WILL NOT be purchasing from Dig It.
Customer service indeed.

This is a very good play pan for a small dog upto 15 lb. I got a puppy and I leave him in all day and he loves the area and has enough room to play. I also love the epoxy coating which doesn't rust like the gold and silver play pens.
