I bought this hoping it would work inside for my new collie pup. It doesn't work as an inside pen--but my husband built a simple 2X4 frame to set it in and it was great! Nice and stable, great quality, fold up easily to carry. Unfortunately my pup can jump much higher than I gave her credit for--I only got the 30" model and should have gone about 10" higher. Not the fault of the product--GREAT PRICE, GREAT QUALITY!

The quality of this pen is fine. The ends of the pen are held together by a long vertical rod rather than clips like some other ex-pens. Metal hold-down pegs are included if you need to secure the pen to the ground outdoors. My only complaint about the pen is the paint job. It's supposed to be gold colored. But it actually looks like a mix of copper and green - kind of like the finish was sprayed on too thin. You can see the base color is silver underneath. Choosing the silver color pen would probably be a better choice if you're picky about appearance.

Shipping was cheap. Product is WAY cheaper then at Petco etc. I did lots of price shopping and this was the cheapest and you dont lose quality. I raised my 8 week old puppy in it. A friend used it for when her dog had hip surgery 2 times. Its a great product!

I recently have a new addition to my home, a 2-month old shih-tzu. My main concern was how I was going to keep him from roaming all over the house. You can adjust the amount of room you wish to give your pet... length-wise & width-wise.
