My 6 year old fuzzy became very ill and stopped eating. After the vets had him hospitalized for 3 days, and he still wouldn't eat, they recommended putting him to sleep. I felt that it wasn't hopeless, and wanted to try whatever I could to get him to eat. I ordered the Ferretvite to help stimulate his appetite.... IT WORKED!!! He has put on 8 ounces and is eating again. Every morning he climbs the outside of his cage to get to the top where I keep it. Then after I give it to him, he goes to his food dish and eats. He also has to take a crushed pill that tasted horrible and he refuses it even though I try to hide it in his favorite treats. I put it in his Ferretvite and he has no clue, and if he does, he obviously doesn't care because he eats it up every time. Yeah.. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Ralphie has a new lease on life because of Ferretvite!

I got this for my young male after reading over the reviews. I've had him on the best of food, so I figured he didn't need a vitamin supplement. I wish I had gotten this sooner! He absolutely loves it, I squeeze a little out of the tube as a treat, and he can keep licking the opening for however long I keep it in reach, even if the paste has long gone.
It makes nail clipping a breeze as well! No more scruffing when it comes time... I just squeezed a bit on his stomach, rubbed it in, and was able to clip front and back claws!
Great as a treat, training tool, a distraction... you name it. All my ferret knows is he can't get enough of it.

My little fuzzies LOVE this stuff! I give them a small amount everyday for nutrition and then give as a treat! They have actually tried to steal the tube! We call this our "ferret crack"! A definite must have for any ferret owner!!! :)

I have been giving ferretvite to all my ferrets for quite some time now, but decided to write a review this time..Package is shipped promptly, packaged very well, and all 6 of my ferrets absolutely luv, luv it !! As soon as they see me waving the tube around for them to see, they all come a runnin !! lol..I give them the recommended amount every day for their treat before going back into their cages...the skinny ones have all put on a few needed pounds, and their fur looks so nice and shiny, and healthy..so needless to say, I will continue to buy ferretvite- and as always from amazon.com...I luv,luv amazon.com-good prices, free shipping for me as I have the Prime shipping, and good quality products-- and all my ferrets luv,luv ferretvite..so it makes a good match..thanks once again amazon.com
