The Little Giant 7 inch rabbit feeder was exactly what I needed. This model has a top hinged cover to prevent debris or rain from entering the food compartment. Easily mounted to cage. The screen mesh bottom works well to allow feed dust to filter out of the feeder enabling only whole feed is available to eat. Product was shipped/received promptly. Very satisfied with my purchase.

I have 3 of these for my rabbits and they are truly lifesavers, they eat a lot and these can hold and keep dry a tonof food for at least 3 days between feedings!

My rabbit never goes hungry anymore! Having food supply stored in the feeder's bin ensures that he has food for days even when I get too busy.
I say almost perfect because I was hoping for a bit more control in the amount of pellets it dispenses and not just a canister that drops the contents as the ones at the bottom get eaten up. Other than that, I'm very happy with the product.

I wanted something to feed my chickens with that didn't require me entering their cage. Having rabbits as a kid, this fit the bill. (Chicken pellets are exactly the same dimension as rabbit pellets.) My only grivance is that the wire mesh on the bottom used to filter out the pellet dust is too fine, and more of the pellet dust stays inside the feeder. Otherwise it works great.
