Good Starter KitJun 15, 2010 I have 2 of these cages for my Dwarf and Holland Lop. They have plenty of room for the time being but they also run around the area the cage is in for more exercise.
Cons: The water bottle is cheap and leaks a little. Only came with a wire hanger for the water bottle. The litter is horrible. It gets stuck in their fur and goes everywhere when they jump out of the cage. I recommend other litter types. Food bowl is easily tipped over.
Pros: Price is GREAT for what you get. I bought a 2nd one because it was cheaper to get the starter kit than just a cage. High sides on the cage help keep the floor from getting messy. Comes with 5lbs of juvenile food which lasts quite a while. Treat and toy included.

too smallJun 24, 2009 I bought this cage in a store, and it's too small for my adult rabbit plus her litterbox, toys, and water bottle. If you've got a big bunny, don't make my rookie mistake - save your money for a bigger cage.
It's a fairly good cage otherwise. Two latches won't stay latched, but there are four others that secure the top to the bottom anyway. Bunny managed to pop open the front door once, and since then we've reinforced it with velcro strips. I'd imagine it would be perfect for a guinea pig or two.

My First Bunny HomeMay 16, 2009 I bought this bunny home when I bought my dwarf bunny five years ago. It's a great starter home for the little dwarf rabbits but I think would be to big for the normal size rabbits. I did have a problem with the water bottle as it seemed to leak way to much. I had to end up bying a new one which leaked a tad bit, their supposed to a little bit, and worked.
One of the top wires also came off after a year or so, I still don't know how. Also my bunny, somehow and still trying to find out how, sometimes does a caper act where he escapes his cage.
But other wise, perfect first home. I'd suggest buying a new cage after two years or so. I finally bought a new one for my bunny after five years, not a good idea. lol

Would recommend this only for DWARF rabbits!Oct 08, 2007 This is a great home, but I could only see this being great for DWARF rabbits. Any other rabbit would seem to large for this, I feel as if it's already a tad bit small for my little dwarf bunny.
The only thing that bothered me about the set is the critter canteen water bottle & holder. All they give you is a cheap hanger wire to keep it on. This didn't work for me, it kept on falling off and the bottle was leaking way to much, so I had to replace it.
Other than that, it's easy to clean and I recommend it for small animals only!
