We switched to this brand after another had been recalled (apparently this included many brands...made by the same mfr?) At first I noticed that my dog began to have more plaque buildup, but after finishing the first whole bottle, her teeth look pretty good. She is 12 and has dental issues. Her breath has remained fairly fresh. I would use it again.
FYI-Here are the ingredients-Chlorhexidine Digluconate (.024%min), stabilized Chlorine Dioxide, Water, Glycerin, Sorbitol, Peppermint oil, Spearmint leaf oil, Yucca Schidigera Leaf extract, Polysorbate 20, Sodium Benzoate, Blue 1, Yellow 5 from my bottle purchased at Petsmart for six dollars more than Amazon!

I've been using this for the past month on my little pug/terrier. She no longer has bad breath and it seems like it helps with cleaning of her teeth. I use just a few drops per small water bowl and it is sufficient. Compared to Dental Rinse it works equally however my dog will still drink with this added compared to not drinking as much with Dental Rinse

This product, used as recommended, will make a marked difference in your dogs "dog breath" ! ! It has been so successful in our 2 dogd, we have recommended it to friends, all having similar AMAZING results. It's nothing short of miraclous. Our dogs,a nd our friends dogs, suffered absolutely no side effects, just wonderful fresh breath. Perfect for doggie kisses ! !

I've been using this faithfully everyday for the past year in my 12 year old lab mix's water bowl. She's reached the point where I really don't want to have her teeth cleaned anymore even though I've been having it done every year for the past 8 years. This product seems to help to control her breath and the tartar and she doesn't mind it mixed in her water.

We have two dogs with bad dog breath, one border collie and one miniature schnauzer. We use this once a day and it has worked for both. We tried the bones that were suppossed to help, none of those worked. Does it come in a bigger bottle!
