They really should display the drum without the band on it. The band is not included. But it fits and works fine.

This arrived on time and in perfect condition. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong part and that was entirely my fault.
Oster Replacement Grooming DrumDec 04, 2009
It fits nicely in my Oster Nail Grinder. I wanted two drums, one for the finer grinding band and one for the coarser grinding band. I would recommend this item to anyone who wants to buy another drum for their Oster Nail Grinder.
