 WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!Apr 25, 2009

I was extremely unsatisfied with this company. I have bought many items through Amazon and have been very happy with all------until now!! First, I would like to explain I ordered from a different company through Amazon and would like to stress this was not an actual product of Amazon. This item was from That Fish Place/That Pet Place. The description read "pack of 4". When I received the fish food, I only received one container. I sent an email explaining the situation and my complaint. The response I received from "April Arment" was as follows: "Thank you for your email. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The
description for this item is incorrect. The food is only sold as 1
each and the price is for 1 of them. Please let me know if you have
any questions about this. Have a nice day." This I feel was not may fault. I ordered what the description read. I even ordered express shipping to quickly receive fish food. Now, I am out over $20.00 for one small container of fish food. I sent an email back requesting to send food back for a full refund. I have yet to receive any more responses. I am so aggrevated. I really wish Amazon would stop using that company. It was a terrible experience. I have learned a very valuable lesson. Never buy any products unless they are actually sold by "Amazon". Please beware of this store "That Fish Place/That Pet Place".

I have 3 large goldfish who love this food. They will almost knock each other over trying to get these snacks. The snacks are bright red so its easy for the fish to see them. They float so I usually push them down to with a scooper to keep them from going to the top and gulp in too much air. The snacks do not pollute the water.

This is a great price, can't be beat near my house. Good shape for the kids to be able to feed the fish. Not huge but big enough for them to handle without makeing a HUGE mess. Flakes make way too much mess. Fish seem to be liking them too!
