I have a big tote full of bottles of odor remover products - this stuff blows away EVERYTHING we've ever tried for removing cat urine odors.
If you've ever dealt with cat pee - you know how difficult it is to remove that smell...difficult and/ or impossible. This stuff is just amazing... one application has worked in every situation from fresh to aged odors.
The resultant smell is a bit chemical (which is better than cat pee any day). If you're working with carpet or fabric, you can try rubbing a bar of soap (we use safeguard) over the area after it is dry.
One other note - this is a serious chemical with lots of warnings - read the label and keep kids and pets away from the area until it is completely dry. (Tip: for the pets, try putting aluminum foil loosely over the area)

I am very torn on this product. It really does work on the stain and the smell, but it has the worst chemical smell! I am very sensitive to smell, but even my husband could smell it way after I sprayed it and he has trouble smelling most things. I had used a lot of it in my bedroom at one time and could smell it for four days. I had really bad headaches and trouble sleeping. To be fair, I did spray a ton of it. Also, the product doesn't last very long(as far as the amount of product) and is kind of expensive. If it didn't have the chemical smell I would gladly pay a higher price, though, because it works so well,you don't have to wipe it up, and it works on old stains. So, I am not sure if I will buy again. My puppy is getting better with potty training, so I don't need it as much as when he was younger. But if you don't have chemical issues, go for it!

This product works great for all kind of pet stains. The smells are gone too! Works great to keep cats from marking, that is a great odor eliminator.

This stuff is simply awsome! Mostly it gets used on pet stains, however I was recently staining my hardwood floor and spilled a few drops of stain on my white carpet! This stuff even managed to get the stain out of the carpet with almost no effort. Its just awsome!

This is seriously the most amazing carpet cleaner i have ever used. Bought it due to the great reviews, and i wasn't disappointed! It removed a stain i have been working on getting out of my carpet for a year!
