I followed the package directions, but the odors remained despite several attempts. There are better products out there... don't waste your money on this.

I wish I had read the one review on this before I purchased it. I've made several attempts at removing the cat urine odor from my couch, and the odor still remains.

I purchased this product in place of my preferred brand out of convenience and certainly wish I hadn't. Having used another product on a weekly, sometimes daily, basis for almost five years, I know how my floors should look when a product works. This product did not remove neither the stain nor the odor. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, I was told I could not receive one because I did not purchase the product directly from the Web site. Furthermore the representative stated I could not review the product on the Internet.

followed directions didn't work-would not recommend buying this product. will contact manufacturer for a refund. black light is not effective either. waste of money
