Exciting food for the rabbitJan 05, 2012
By J. Hope My rabbit loves this food. The occasional treat of a dried vegetable or papaya always leaves her begging for more. The fact that it is timothy hay based and high fiber is great for her health. The little bits of hay in the feed, however, is ignored by my bunny (who regularly receives timothy hay in another form).
Also, compared to another brand I used before, it doesn't appear to have a very negative effect on the "bouquet" of her cage odor. A definite plus. The other stuff I would have to limit in her diet to preserve my olfactory senses.
Binky Bunny LOVES this stuff!Aug 16, 2011
By Dan Cooper Each day when we give Binky his dinner helping of Vita Plus, he literally hops over to the food bowl as soon as he hears us move the food bag, and plants his head in the empty bowl until we pour the food (sometimes over his head). He is oblivious to th world when he eats his Vita plus and I couldn't imagine feeding him anything else!
