My 'tiel turned up her beak.Oct 09, 2009

I bought these instead of the Lafebers Nutri-berries hoping she would enjoy something different. Well, she turned her beak up at these treats. The honey-covered shell is as hard as a jawbreaker (even soaked them in water to no avail). They are larger than a nutriberry, perhaps better suited for medium or large parrots. The seeds inside, dry and bland, did nothing for her taste buds either. For $3 invested it at least wasn't an expensive loss, I'll just toss the rest out for wild birds to enjoy.
